UFC keen to extend Singapore show beyond 2020

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) may have moved its Asia headquarters from Singapore to China in June, but it is by no means a knockout blow in terms of the American mixed martial arts organisation's involvement here.

UFC Asia senior vice-president Kevin Chang told The Straits Times yesterday at the Oct 26 Fight Night Singapore pre-event media conference: "There's nothing to read into as far as our focus is concerned. Our Asia-Pacific headquarters is there (because) it's where space is available.
