WTA Finals: Fans can catch Marion Bartoli and other players in practice at S'pore Sports Hub

SINGAPORE - Tennis fans will have a chance to get up close and personal with 2013 Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli at 5pm at the OCBC Square on Thursday afternoon.

The Frenchwoman, in town for the ongoing BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global, will be appearing at the Fan Zone at the Singapore Sports Hub. She is also playing in the Legends Classic, with fellow former players Martina Navratilova, Tracy Austin and Arantxa Sanchez-Vicario.

In addition, fans can also catch some of tennis' biggest names training for the tournament at the OCBC Arena.

Reigning US Open champion Flavia Pennetta (5pm, Court 2), the doubles top-seeded pairing of Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza (2.30pm, Court 3), German Angelique Kerber (12 to 1.30pm, Court 1), and two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova (12 to 1.30pm, Court 2) are scheduled for practice today.

Entry to the practice sessions are free for same-day match ticket holders. For those without tickets, they cost $2 for children, $4 for adults, and $10 for a family of four, and can be bought outside OCBC Arena.
