Tennis: Li Na falls to Agnieszka Radwanska in Wimbledon quarter-finals

LONDON - Li Na's promising run at the All England Club came to a grinding halt when she lost in the quarter-finals at Wimbledon on Tuesday night.

The Chinese star was beaten by Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland 7-6 (7-5), 4-6, 6-2 in a match that was interrupted several times because of rain.

Radwanska will now meet German 23rd seed Sabine Lisicki in the semi-finals.

Lisicki, who had knocked out world No. 1 Serena Williams in the previous round, had defeated Kaia Kanepi of Estonia 6-3, 6-3.
