Former national hurdler Tang Weng Fei is set to return for his third stint as Singapore Athletics (SA) president after next Thursday's annual general meeting (AGM). This follows the closing of nominations for the election on Wednesday.

The biennial election of the association's new leaders will take place at the AGM at the Sports Hub, with nine of the 10 names submitted from Tang's team. The 10th nominee is current SA statistician Peter Back.
