Singapore's Tao Li earned a silver medal in the women's 50m butterfly of the Fina Swimming World Cup in Singapore on Wednesday.

She timed 25.57 seconds to finish behind Sarah Sjoestroem of Sweden, who won with 25.34.

In third place was Emma McKeon of Australia, who touched home in 25.81.

The two-day competition, held at the Singapore Sports School, ended on Wednesday.
