SINGAPORE - National swimmer Lionel Khoo continued his fine form on day two of the Neo Garden Singapore National Swimming Championships at the OCBC Aquatic Centre on Saturday.
The 20-year-old broke the 100m breaststroke meet record not once, but twice. In the morning heats, he clocked 1min 03.60sec, smashing his old record of 1:03.87, set in 2012.
In the evening's final, he lowered his record further, finishing his race with a time of 1:03.15.
Khoo had also won the 50m breaststroke event on Friday.
