In the latest build-up event for The Straits Times Run 2018 on Sept 23, more than 20 people took part in CrossFit classes at Innervate Fitness in Bendemeer Road yesterday.

Still to come for ST Run participants are a cardio three-way session on July 22, a 15km sunset run on Aug 18 and an outdoor yoga session on Sept 8.

Go to www.straitstimesrun.com to register for the ST Run, which will end under the iconic dome of the National Stadium and comprises three categories - 18.45km, 10km and 5km.
