Radio rules tightened up for Hungarian GP

BUDAPEST • New guidelines that close loopholes in Formula One's controversial radio communications rules have been introduced ahead of this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.

The clarification from the International Automobile Federation, the sport's governing body, makes clear that a team can inform a driver of a problem with his car - but must order him to enter the pits for a decision on what to do.


Shaw's emotional return from injury

SHANGHAI • England footballer Luke Shaw said he felt "emotional" during his comeback after 10 months out with a career-threatening injury as the "best feeling ever".

Lazio fans petition for 1914-15 WWI title

ROME • Lazio are hoping they will soon be crowned Italian football champions for a third time - by winning the title for the 1914-15 season, which was interrupted by World War One.

After more than 30,000 Lazio supporters signed a petition, the Italian football federation has set up a commission to look at whether Lazio should share the title with Genoa.
