Lam, a director at Templars Law LLC, said in an e-mailed reply: "Before the issue relating (to) WT and SNOC arose, our client had already engaged our firm and other experts to look into issues such as proposed changes to the constitution and their internal process(es), to bring STF up to current standards of good corporate governance and management, and also to tighten other policies and processes (based on concepts of transparency, clarity and certainty)."
