Track body sees discussion as positive step but marathoner, his lawyer feel differently

National marathoner Soh Rui Yong and officials from Singapore Athletics (SA) met yesterday in a bid to resolve their dispute, but an agreement appears to be some way off.

The month-long spat stems from the 28-year-old runner not being selected for this year's SEA Games in the Philippines.
