SEA Games: Big Singapore contingent but small turnout expected at opening ceremony due to schedule clash

Singapore will send its biggest away contingent for the biennial SEA Games in the Philippines, but one would not know from the looks of it when the team marches out in Saturday's opening ceremony.

Due to logistical and competition scheduling issues, most of the 666 athletes will not even be in the country, not to mention the 55,000-capacity Philippine Arena in Bocaue.
