SINGAPORE - Singapore may not have winter or snow but still produced its first Winter Olympian, Cheyenne Goh, in Pyeongchang, South Korea in 2018.

The International Skating Union (ISU) is now looking to the Republic to help break new ground in the development of ice skating for Southeast Asia.
