SINGAPORE - The Singapore men's basketball team will be without captain Desmond Oh and forward Lim Shengyu in their SEA Games bronze-medal match against Thailand on Monday evening. The match starts at 6pm, and will be played at the OCBC Arena.

Both players failed to recover in time after suffering injuries in the semi-final defeat by Indonesia on Sunday night.

Oh suffered a neck injury in the 74-87 loss, while forward Lim hurt his ankle after a bad landing. However, both Oh and Lim are fit to travel and will watch the game from the sidelines.

This is the second time Singapore are playing Thailand. Both had met in the group stage, with the hosts winning 65-58.

Earlier, the women's team fell to a 82-72 defeat by the Philippines to finish fifth in the six-team tournament.
