Attractive prizes are still up for grabs for those who sign up for The Straits Times Run at the Hub by this weekend.
Participants will stand a chance to win an Aibi motorised cross trainer, worth $3,680, and 10 full sets of Compressport compression body wear - which are specially designed to aid in recovery - valued at $348 each, if they register by Sunday.
The Sept 27 run, which will end inside the National Stadium for the second straight year, has three race categories - 5km ($48 to register), 10km ($58) and the specially created 18.45km ($68).
Every runner who completes his event will get a limited-edition finisher medal that incorporates the iconic Sports Hub and the newspaper's 170th anniversary into its unique design.
Each participant is also entitled to a limited-edition New Balance NB Dry running vest worth $49, while those who complete the 18.45km run - which has only a few hundred spots remaining - will also get an additional NB Dry 18.45km T-shirt.
This is the third instalment of the ST Run.
All three editions have been backed by main sponsor Panasonic, who will be offering a host of items - from TV sets to cameras - to the top winners for the various race categories.
The inaugural edition was held at the Punggol Waterway in 2013 and drew 12,000 runners.
Last year's instalment, the first mass run to end under the 55,000-seater National Stadium's iconic domed roof, saw more than 21,000 participants.
Runners will continue to enjoy scenic routes in next month's run, passing by landmarks like the Singapore Flyer and Gardens by the Bay.
All registrants will also go into a contest draw for a chance to win a 5+2 seater Land Rover Discovery Sport, worth $165,000, excluding certificate of entitlement.
