The path to the Olympics may be as long and arduous as ever but Nacra 17 sailors Justin Liu and Denise Lim believe the lessons learnt from Rio 2016 will prove valuable as they work towards a second Games appearance in 2020.

The 27-year-olds finished 25th out of 68 and were the top Asian pair at the Sailing World Championships in Aarhus on Friday.
