SINGAPORE - Singapore's SEA Games gold-medal hopes in squash have been dealt a massive blow, with all doubles events at the Nov 30-Dec 11 Games in the Philippines axed as the courts will not be built in time.

The news was made official on Tuesday (Nov 5), with organisers informing the Singapore National Olympic Council of the venue change for the sport and issuing a new technical handbook. Squash, originally scheduled to take place at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila, will instead be held at the Manila Polo Club.
