Singapore water polo's 25th SEA Games gold medal is virtually guaranteed after their 8-5 victory over main rivals Indonesia on Monday.

Lin Diyang, Loh Zhi Zhi, and Toh Zhi Hong each scored a brace to help their team to their third victory in three games of the competition.

They will play Myanmar in their final game on Thursday of the round-robin contest.

The hosts fell 1-30 to Indonesia and 3-22 to Thailand in their first two games.
