Raffles Institution defeated Victoria School 1-0 to capture their first Schools National C Division boys' hockey crown since 2006.

The victory erased the disappointment of the past three years, when they were beaten finalists in the competition.

Secondary Two student Muhamad Raziq scored the winner in the fourth minute.

Meanwhile, Seng Kang Secondary beat St Joseph's Institution (SJI) 2-1 to come in third. It was SJI's first top-four finish in eight years.
