It has been 13 months since national sailors Kimberly Lim and Cecilia Low earned Singapore a berth for the Tokyo Olympics in the 49erFX event.

But, just six months before the Games - already pushed back a year owing to the coronavirus pandemic - there is talk of a second postponement, and even a suggestion of a delay until 2024.
