Yesterday's 47th Singapore National Bowling Championship saw Cheah Ray Han, 16, become the youngest men's champion when he beat Hairon Awang 237-186 in the deciding second game of the step-ladder finals.

Tracy See defended her women's Open crown successfully, defeating Cherie Tan in the step-ladder finals 197-190.

Charlene Lim was third.

The tournament was played at SingaporeBowling at Temasek Club.
