LONDON – Something novel happened last week at Manchester United. Prospective part-owner Jim Ratcliffe swanned into Old Trafford’s cramped press room and talked to the ladies and gentlemen of the media.
His business partners in waiting, the Glazer family, have never bothered with such a public forum.
