GOLD COAST • Veteran sports administrator Annabel Pennefather added yet another feather to her cap when she was appointed to the newly established Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) ethics commission yesterday.

The Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) vice-president is the Asian representative on the commission, which will look into matters such as issues relating to elections and bidding processes, but does not have purview over issues that crop up during the quadrennial competition.
