The Singapore Cricket Association has accepted the one-year coaching ban imposed on its chief executive Saad Khan Janjua by the Safe Sport Commission. It has also conveyed to all its coaches that the “passion to win matches must not translate to overzealousness”. 

Meanwhile, fans can look forward to more thrills at next year’s Formula One Singapore Grand Prix with the debut of the sprint race at the Marina Bay street circuit.
