After finishing first past the winning post, apprentice jockey Iskandar Rosman stood on his stirrups and blew a kiss to the sky to celebrate his victory.

After all, he just had a dream ride on runaway winner My Dreamliner, who also happened to be his second winner last night, after My Gold two races earlier in the opening event. Before the night's proceedings, the young Malaysian lad's best efforts this year were five seconds from 18 rides.
