The life of an athlete is tough because we have to really pour in all of our time and effort into training. To be at the top of our games, we have to put in the work. A week for me is packed with training on a daily basis, wherein I would train two to three times a day on average. Of course, I try to squeeze in some personal time every now and then. It's important to have a good balance.

Mondays are always the toughest days of the week. We start off with morning practice and we go for a run. Running is a great way to improve cardio strength and endurance. Then we have 1½ hours of training and then we rest a bit. At night, we train again and then we spar, which is where we sharpen our skills. So Mondays are always tough.
