A typical day for boxer Muhamad Ridhwan often started as early as 6am and ended at 10pm. The 30-year-old trains, conducts personal coaching sessions, teaches classes at the Legends Fight Sport gym and sometimes helps out at the Beng Who Cooks hawker stall, where he is a partner.
