With this year's OCBC Cycle 2016 set to take place on Oct 1-2, participants were treated to the "Cycle for Health. Cycle for Life" carnival at the National University Hospital yesterday to help them better understand the nation's biggest cycling event. As part of the carnival, the NUH Sports Centre conducted a series of talks on injury prevention and management. Together with local bike-fitting specialist, Loue Bicycles, there was a session to show participants the importance of bike fit and the proper way to get the right cycling equipment.
