More than 20,000 participants were treated to clear skies, fresh air and beautiful sights at the The Straits Times Run at the Hub on Sunday (Sept 27) morning. Recap all the sights from the third installment of the run, which culminated in a lively carnival at the Singapore Sports Hub.
