Exercise regimen: Apart from having a passion for dance, I also have a love for calisthenics, which I do about four or five times a week for conditioning and building strength. Once in a while I go swimming at the pool to relax.
Diet: I focus heavily on my nutrition. After all, good health is 80 per cent nutrition and 20 per cent fitness. I use nutritional supplements to support my training and to ensure that I get all my nutritional needs. In addition to that, I eat as healthily as I can.

Exercise regimen: I work out three to four times a week. My regimen is pretty simple - I select a few dance classes that I like and attend them on a regular basis. This way, I am working out and also having fun.
Diet: I have no strict or specific diet. However, I believe what you eat is what your body absorbs and I always make sure that I am taking essential nutrients. I take a nutritional shake and tea on a daily basis, which is important to keep me in good health and shape.
