Exercise regimen: I train four or five times a week for 2½ hours each time. I am in the strength cycle of my training, focusing on upper body strength and squats because I am trying to qualify for the SEA Games. I start my training with the main lifts like the clean-and-jerk and the snatch at high intensity. I finish off with strength exercises to build muscles.
