Exercise regimen: I do pilates and I also work out at home. In my free time, I hit the gym to do weights or I go to zumba events. I love to inspire others, especially mothers like me, to get back into shape. I enjoy dancing and I take part in fitness events in my free time.
Diet: I don't follow a specific diet but remind myself to drink plenty of water. I try to limit my sugar intake, but I snack on mixed nuts and make sure I have plenty of greens.
