Exercise regimen: I am in the gym three to five times a week doing compound exercises and finishing up with isolation movements. I work out with HIIT regimes on days that I stay out of the gym. I enjoy basketball and play it two to three times a week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I practice muay thai in school.
Diet: I have been using intermittent fasting as my main diet plan. I usually eat chicken breast meat, constantly looking for new recipes to keep it healthy and tasty. I also try my best to avoid suppers. I avoid sweets like gummy bears - in fact, I have never eaten one before. I also stay away from food that is too "heavy", because I end up feeling nauseated throughout the day. I love ramen, the traditional types, and even the new styles.

Exercise regimen: I visit the gym three to four times a week where I do weight training, and I teach dance classes and perform in shows. I also take pole dance lessons; all these are my ways of getting in cardiovascular workouts.
Diet: I absolutely hate dieting, so I eat pretty much anything and everything, except carbs. My favourite kinds of food are sweet and fried.
