Fai Abdul Gaffa, 25, Undergraduate

Height: 1.78m Weight: 70kg

Exercise regimen: Every week, I do two long runs of about 30km each and shorter running drills to correct my form and posture. I also work out in the gym with five sets of five exercises - squats, benchpresses, deadlifts, shoulder presses and pull-ups.

Diet: Other than no fast food, I do not have a proper or a strict diet. I try to satisfy my cravings as I would rather get them over with than have them linger with me the entire day. A simple balanced diet

works for me. My favourite food is roasted chicken.

Emma Xiong, 23, Full-time student

Height: 1.64m Weight: 48kg

Exercise regimen: I practise Brazilian jiu-jitsu six days a week, three to six hours each day. I am a Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor. I also do strength and conditioning classes three times a week at the gym.

Diet: I eat anything I want as long as it is not near my competitions. Two to three weeks before a competition, I eat oats with honey for breakfast, or whole grain bread to load in some carbs to start my day. My favourite foods are popiah (handmade spring roll) and roti prata, and I also love ice cream.
