Exercise regimen: Myexercise regimen focuses on strength and muscle conditioning as I wish to bulk up. Thus, I hit thegym 5-6 times a week and I train with a variety of free weights for the different types of exercises and muscle groups. On the days when I skip gym, I will go to a fitness corner inmy estate to train for at least an hour.
Diet: I go for food with more protein and carbohydrates.
Vegetables and fruits are also important as they help to
detoxify the body and assist in digestion. I drink protein
shakes before and after working out.

Exercise regimen: I go to the gym at least four days a week and I exercise for at least an hour each time. I lift light weights to tone all parts ofmy body. I also enjoy yoga classes and walking. I walk on occasions instead of taking the bus.
Diet: I choose healthy food like soups, soy milk, plain rice, sashimi and steamed food most of the time. I drink water, green tea, fresh juice, and I seldom consume alcohol. I also stop eating when Iam about 80 per cent full. I take small but numerous meals throughout the day and try not to over-eat.
