Exercise regimen: I visit the gym about three to four times a week and run 4km at least once a week. I also play non-competitive badminton and swim once in a while.
Diet: I tend to have an equal serving of meat and carbohydrates to maintain my build and muscles. I allow myself to indulge in desserts and alcohol once a week. I love to eat, and I try to take everything in moderation. I prefer food that is grilled, baked or steamed. I do consume spicy food but will stay away from deep-fried food. My favourite dishes are laksa and bak kut teh - I must have them at least once a week.

Exercise regimen: I run 10km once or twice a week, hit the gym two or three times a week, and do yoga and rock climb once every fortnight. I alternate between high-intensity and strength training at the gym. I like to vary my regimen so that I constantly challenge my muscles.
Diet: I used to be really strict about my diet, but found it unsustainable. These days I eat anything that is not too "heavy". I avoid eating two to three hours before bed time. I refrain from anything oily, fried and spicy. I also avoid fast food, pastries and food high in sodium content. My favourite foods are sushi and popiah.
