Hot Bods

Marcus Foo, 22

Height: 1.68m Weight: 62kg

Exercise regimen: I do not follow any particular workout routine. I will adjust my workout according to what machines or weights are available at the gym. Instead of queueing up for a specific machine, I would look for an alternative. I go to the gym thrice a week.

Diet: I do not avoid junk food but I try to opt for healthier options when eating at home, so I don't have to restrict myself when eating out with friends or family. I have tried different diets and the best diet is one where you do not feel that you are dieting. I know I have to make big changes if I want to see improvements in my body.

Undergraduate

Height: 1.68m Weight: 53kg

Exercise regimen: I perform cardio exercises every day for about half an hour - either on the treadmill or by skipping. To improve my core stability and muscle strength, I do deadlifts and squats. I bench press occasionally. For my abs, I do four to five sets of weighted sit-ups, Russian twists and leg raises.

I do boxing and judo two to three times per week.

Diet: I usually opt for healthier options. My main source of protein comes from grilled fish, chicken, and protein shakes. I stay away from carbs. I love french fries and frozen yogurt but I limit myself to eating them once a week. I indulge in roti prata and tau huay once in a while.
