Hot Bods

Tiziana Tan, 22
Entrepreneur and undergraduate

Height: 1.64m
Weight: 50kg

Exercise regimen: I try to get intense exercise at least three to four times a week but generally do different things on a daily basis to keep fit. I love cardio and static exercises so I do that in my free time.

Diet: I love seafood! It is high in nutrients and yummy too. I am generally not drawn to anything that's incredibly unhealthy. I also love greens and soups, so choosing the healthier option when eating has never been a problem for me.

Raphael Chen, 28
Operations manager at Certis Cisco

Height: 1.72m
Weight: 72kg

Exercise regimen: I go to the gym before work four to five times a week, and I also cycle for a good 20 minutes before I start hitting the weights. I usually have six to eight different exercises; five sets of each. I compete in volleyball with my club (United Force). I also row leisurely with my dragon boat team (Friends United).

Diet: I usually have beef, fish and chicken breast meat, with lots of vegetables, and go for a low-carb diet. As far as possible, I avoid fried food and skin - they are so fatty. But I will never miss my favourite on cheat days - fish and chips.
