Exercise regimen: I travel for business quite often, but I make time to work out at least twice a week with my wife Serene (below). The workout I usually do is static exercises, but sometimes I go jogging or cycling.
Diet: My daily breakfast is usually a cellular nutritional shake to kick-start my metabolism. I still eat food which I like, but cut down on carbohydrates and sweet stuff.

Exercise regimen: As a mother of two young children and my busy schedule with work and taking care of my family, I still try to work out at least twice a week. The workout I usually do is static exercise and sometimes zumba.
Diet: I always kick-start my day with a cup of nutritional shake containing protein, mineral and vitamins as my breakfast to build my metabolism. Throughout the day, I always make sure that I hydrate my body with plenty of water. I like to eat but I cut down on carbohydrates.
