Exercise regimen: Every day, I do 60 push-ups and sit-ups and I jog around my neighbourhood at least twice a week. I play football every Sunday. I also take part in fitness activities organised by my company.
Diet: I stay away from sugar and avoid soft drinks. I aim for a diet that is high in protein and leafy greens. I make sure I drink a lot of water every day.

Exercise regimen: I hit the gym twice a week. Each time, I do a 45-minute session in high-intensity interval training, such as boxing, cycling or aerobics. For the other days, I try to walk more around my work place.
Diet: I do not micro-manage my food intake. I try to eat more vegetables and fruits. When I am eating out, I ask for less salt and sugar whenever possible and I avoid carbonated drinks.
