Exercise regimen: I do weight training three to five times a week, isolating and training specific muscle groups each day. I start by jogging 3km on the treadmill or around the neighbourhood, before training during the afternoon or evening. I usually play badminton with my family over the weekends as well.

Diet: My diet is high in protein and low in carbs. I eat chicken breast, flank steak and salmon, as well as asparagus and broccoli. I learnt to cook about a month ago and I've been cooking for myself daily, using coconut oil which is supposed to be really healthy.

Height: 1.60m

Weight: 48kg

Exercise regimen: My warm-up routine includes jumping jacks, followed by a series of circuit-style exercises, such as body weight squats, flutter kicks and mountain climbers. I dance hip-hop or street jazz and do intensive kickboxing training four hours every week.

Diet: I eat three meals a day and avoid carbohydrates. I cook chicken breast and Shimeji mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and black pepper. I drink either fruit juice, water or hot green tea. I avoid almost everything on any menu. I have only one section to look at - salads, wraps and soups. I have a few cheat meals after pageants. My favourite foods are salmon, carrots and mushrooms. Also white rice, popcorn chicken and tapioca chips.
