Exercise regimen: For about four times a week, I keep myself active with a range of activities. They include running, Tabata workouts, hockey and football.
Diet: I do not follow any particular diet. But, these days, I have food with less salt and sugar, and no oil if possible.

Exercise regimen: I do mixed workouts for 30-60 minutes each day, comprising aerobic and endurance training like running and Hiit workouts. Yoga is also a great part of my life. It helps build strength, flexibility and is food for mind, body and soul.
Diet: I love all foods especially spicy foods, desserts and vegetables. However, I maintain a low-carb diet. But I do take complex carbs like brown rice or oats if needed.
