Exercise regimen: I work out about four times a week, focusing on different major muscle groups each day and doing primarily compound workouts. I am preparing for the Manhunt Singapore grand finals (senior category) on Friday.
Diet: I eat everything in moderation. Eating more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff. If there is a competition or photo shoot coming up, I generally avoid processed and junk food, sugary food, fried food and fast food.

Exercise regimen: From weighing 75kg two years ago to being one of the four winners at the Miss Singapore beauty pageant last month, I have changed my exercise routine and diet. Now, I work out three or four times a week, doing HIIT workouts at home or at the gym. I also enjoy going for slow jogs at the park. Exercising has become my favourite form of relaxation and motivation.
Diet: My diet regimen is simple. My meals are mainly low carb, high fibre and high protein. I do have cheat days once in a while to satisfy my cravings, as they help me to have a good balance of fats and nutrients to keep my body fit and healthy.
