Singapore's 4-1 victory against Thailand in the Hockey Open Series at the Sengkang Hockey Stadium yesterday has put them into next year's World Hockey Series. Ashriq Ferdaus Zul'kepli opened the tally and Johari Ahmad scored twice before Thailand pulled one back. Norman Teo had the final goal. The Republic's women's team finished third.
