Shrugging off last year's collision, Verstappen is not all rash & eyes a podium finish in S'pore

Perhaps an electron microscope is able to see the racing gene in Max Verstappen's DNA. After all, his father, Jos, drove for Formula One team Benetton while his mother, Sophie Kumpen, karted.

But the 20-year-old Dutchman, who comes with a reputation as one of F1's most aggressive drivers, explained that as he revs his engine to go wheel-to-wheel with his rivals, his mind is also whirring at top gear to calculate the many ways an overtaking move can go right.
