Muhammad Ismail has biceps the size of mangoes and the agility of a jungle cat, which makes him ideal to design and demonstrate the gruelling new obstacle course at this year's DBS Marina Regatta.

Billed as South-east Asia's largest land and water obstacle course, the Battle Bay Extreme circuit features eight hurdles of varying difficulty and the 35-year-old deftly negotiated every single one in a media preview at The Promontory@Marina Bay yesterday evening.
