Watford dads and sons will relish their Wembley final outing

Ladies forgive me, but the FA Cup, the oldest competition in the world, is an heirloom passed down from father to son.

Manchester City fans might also have to forgive us thinking that this evening's 138th final for the trophy at Wembley is more special to Watford than to themselves. That's because City are sated with success, for Watford this is only the second time they have reached this far.
