Ragnar Klavan, 30, defender (Augsburg to Liverpool)

Liverpool have completed the signing of Estonia defender Ragnar Klavan from Augsburg.

The centre-back, who has won more than 100 international caps, cost the Reds a reported £4.2 million (S$7.5 million).

Rob Holding, 20, defender (Bolton to Arsenal)

Bolton Wanderers have accepted a bid in the region of £2 million from Arsenal for the England Under-21 international defender.

The 20-year-old is understood to have travelled to London for a medical check-up and to finalise personal terms with the Gunners.

Alvaro Negredo, 30, striker (Valencia to Middlesbrough)

English Premier League new boys Middlesbrough have agreed to sign Valencia striker Alvaro Negredo on a season-long loan.

The Spain international is back in the Premier League with Aitor Karanka's side two years after helping Manchester City win the English title.

Mauro Icardi, 23, striker (Inter Milan to Arsenal)

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is expected to meet Mauro Icardi and his agent Wanda Nara in a bid to sign the Argentinian for around £33.6 million.

Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan are likely to hold out for closer to £42 million for their club captain and he would command a cool £5 million in wages this season should he sign for the Gunners.
