Russia-born S'porean feels like a 'tourist'

MOSCOW • Singaporeans Amos Chia and Joe Chiang have uprooted and left for Russia (see main story) to pursue their respective passions, but Dmitry Pismenny has moved in the other direction - and taken up Singapore citizenship.

From the eastern town of Nakhodka near North Korea, the 31-year-old business development manager has lived in the Republic since he was 10, when his father was posted to Singapore for work.
