Gymkhana FC, whose player allegedly struck a referee recently, has been expelled from the National Football League (NFL).

The club had been unable to start a Division One match with the full complement of 11 players on four occasions this term, so the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) threw the book at the club - and threw it out of the NFL.
