SNOC's Chan insists U-23 team must meet qualifying criteria, coach Fandi still hopeful

The Singapore Under-23 football team face a race against time to earn their berth for the Aug 18-Sept 2 Asian Games in Indonesia.

On Wednesday, the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) released a list of 246 athletes from 22 sports who had made the cut for the Asiad, with the U-23s conspicuous by their absence.
